We will be using the D-Force discipline system in our classroom. Each child will begin their week with a green card. The children will strive to keep their card green. If the children do break a major rule they will go through a series of colors of cards. Each one of these cards have preset consequences that are as follows...
- GREAT!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!
- WARNING!! STOP & THINK ABOUT YOUR BEHAVIOR
- LOSS OF 1/2 THE STUDENT'S RECESS or FREE TIME
- LOSS OF FULL RECESS OR FREE TIME
- SENT TO OFFICE &/OR PARENT PHONE CALL
The students will come home with a chart daily to be signed by the parent. The chart will be stamped with the color that the child earned that day. Notes will be made on chart if necessary. There also may be accompanying correspondance if necessary noted on the chart. When the student returns the chart signed they will recieve a behavior buck which will enable them to buy prizes!
